Emile's Fromage Montage at Disney's Epcot Food & Wine Festival (2022)

If you cherish cheddar, have a fondness for fromage, are sweet on swiss, mad about mozzarella, crazy about queso, then I have the challenge for you! Epcot's Food and Wine Festival is ongoing from now until Novermber 19, 2022; featuring 29 different food booths, and hundreds of food and wine options, but the highlight of the event for us cheese lovers is undoubtedly Emile's Fromage Montage!

You can find details about it in the back of the festival menu book located at the front of the park, and at every food booth.

All you have to do is eat any of these 5 cheesey dishes throughout the duration of the festival and you'll have completed this cheesealicious challenge. Let me tell you about each of the dishes, and let you in on the secret prize you get for completing Emile's Fromage Montage.

Passion Fruit Cheesecake - Hawai'i ($4.50)

This cheesecake is undoubtedly creamy, and the macadamia nuts add a nice texture. If you're a fan of passion fruit, you will love this dessert.

Canadian Cheddar & Bacon Soup - Canada ($5.75)

As far as I'm concerned this soup is the absolute best thing in the festival! The cheddar flavor is strong, the bacon and onions add a nice texture, and the flavor combination is divine.

Pao de Queijo - Brazil ($4.75)

This cheese bread is the perfect snack. The bread has a nice crisp to it, and the inside if stuffed with gooey cheese! The portion size for the price makes it all the more enjoyable.

Griddled Cheese - Greece ($4.75)

This cheese is such a unique flavor I'm not even sure how to describe it adequately. The flavor of the cheese is very pungent, and its both smooth and a little rubbery (but in the best way). I didn't think the honey and pistachios made sense until I tried it and holy moly this is a delectable combination.

Schinkennudeln - Germany ($5.00)

A favorite of mine every year, especially if I luck into a corner slice! This dish is very filling, thus a great value. The noodles are very cheesey, there's the perfect ratio of ham and onions mixed in.

Raclette - The Alps ($5.00)

To be completely honest, as far as I'm concerned you can skip this dish. I have tried to love it year after year, yet year after year it has disappointed me with its lack of flavor.

Crispy Barbecued Pork Rinds - The Swanky Saucy Swine ($4.75)

I really wanted to like this dish but alas I did not. I discovered from the first bite that I despise pork rinds, and while the cheese dip was flavorful I wish it was served hot.

Smoked Corned Beef - Flavors from Fire ($5.50)

Packed with texture and an excellent blend of flavors this dish is a win!

Mac & Cheese - Mac & Eats ($5.00)

A very classic Mac & Cheese, it's creamy and the breadcrumbs add a nice texture.

Once you've got 5 stamps in your book you can head on over to Shimmering Sips for your Complimentary prize of Strawberry Cheesecake Soft Serve! This dish is not available for purchase and can only be obtained by completing Emile's Fromage Montage.

The soft serve was smooth and cool, which is so welcome on a hot Florida afternoon! But the little piece of cheesecake is really the highlight of this dish.
